No. Not all servers. My IRC server uses Webmin, which is totally free.

Up to you, really. But I don't plan on paying for dedicated servers all the time when I can simply pay COLO prices for my servers. :/

COLO tends to be cheaper sometimes, in certain areas. But in the end, it's how you want to have a server that will decide how you will pay for such a server.

Somewhat.

I use cPanel for DS, as that's what's familiar to Holy, and that's the "industry standard", if you will.

Mostly, cPanel's used for web-hosting like DS, and the like. There are Windows counterparts, and there are other control panels that do the same thing, but ultimately, cPanel is what's used in most, if not all, of the datacenter that exists today.

And as such, to use that, you need to cough up some dough. I don't mind paying for it, but on the order of 50-60 dollars for a small web-hosting company like the one I own? Um... bit of an issue there! ^^

ESPECIALLY when I can get cPanel licenses from elsewhere for far cheaper. I just did not know that the cPanel costed that much or I would've lowered the costs earlier. :/
