Edit:

This has been updated as the IRC server is no longer under ShatteredTears IRC management. It is now under EidolonHost management, and as such, has been assigned to a customer.

The IRC server was moved to a server already owned by EidolonHost.

Details have been updated.

firstly, i have a paypal account registered to my old email, and I forgot the passwod, therefore I can't access it. This means I can't make a new one, as my bank details are already registered to one.
and secondly, im being a greedy bitch, im saving up for alot of things atm

Oh lol, the same thing happened to me. I called their support and had to give some information (name, address, bank account details). I got a new password that way iirc..
